Goro Goro no Mi powers
Turns the user into lightning: electricity up to hundreds of millions of volts, travel at the speed of lightning and Mantra on a huge scale. Enel used it to rule Skypiea as a self-proclaimed god until Luffy’s rubber body beat him.
Logia Devil Fruits
