How to get Buggy the Clown in Fortnite

Buggy the Clown is the last One Piece character to join Fortnite. Here is exactly how to get him:

  1. Wait for the Item Shop reset on November 13, 2026 at 4 PM PT / 7 PM ET (Saturday November 14 for the UK, Europe and Asia). Buggy is not available before that date.
  2. Get enough V-Bucks. Epic hasn’t confirmed his price yet, but the outfit is expected to cost around 1,600 V-Bucks, with a bundle that should also include his matching back bling and pickaxe.
  3. Open the Item Shop, find the One Piece section and buy either the Buggy outfit on its own or the full bundle.
  4. Equip him in the Locker and jump into a match.

Buggy is not in the Treasure Hunters Battle Pass and there is no free way to unlock him, so you can’t get him just by levelling up. Like the rest of the One Piece Item Shop skins, he is expected to stay in the shop until around December 4, 2026.

Prices for the Zoro, Sanji and Chopper wave and for Buggy haven’t been confirmed yet. Early estimates put the second bundle around 4,000 V-Bucks and Buggy around 1,600 V-Bucks, but always check the Item Shop on the day, because Epic sets the final prices.

Bundles usually include the outfit plus matching back blings, pickaxes and emotes. Luffy’s set includes his Straw Hat back bling, a Gum-Gum Pistol pickaxe and a Multi-Punches Flex emote.
